Blunderdome help required

Help.

Having watched the proper Mad Max films recently, my wife now wants to watch a film called Thunderdome.

How do I talk her out of it?

Btw. I managed to scare my 7 year old by letting him watch Mad Max. Poor wee fella went to bed with an image of Cundollini's hand! What sort of parent am I. *Hangs head in shame.

simple BUBBA - let her watch it, it'll make her realise how f**king good the other two are.

dude, the first MAD MAX i ever saw, was MAD MAX 2 - my dad put it on for me when i was about 6 or 7, and you think MAD MAX 1, scares kids. whew, WEZ man, WEZ was only after little kids in my mind, thats all he wanted, was to kill little kids, he gave me nightmares, for ages, until we baught the movie, and he settled into my mind, like an old friend - i wanted to hurry up and start shaving so i could grow a 'line' down my chin cause of him.

Put it on for my eldest when he was about 4, and he loved it, must've been tougher than me though, cause he hardly batted an eyelid (then again he's growing up with MATRIX, constantly being shown anywhere you go, so i guess he was a little numb)

funny though, even though i think MAD MAX 2, is far nastier, and meaner, i won't put on PART 1. for him yet, its just to damn 'real'

unfortunately he digs THUNDERDOME, though... tsk tsk. kids today
