Max has no sex drive

It has to be said that Max is definitely a desolate shell of a man in Road Warrior - he had the chance to get into Virginia Hay's (Warrior Women's) pants but took no action. The way she looked at him as she said "I was wrong about you . . ." Well she definitely had lust in her eyes. Why didn't Max try to f**k her? I mean, he spent longer gazing at Wez. But then again maybe a loyal blue heeler (or a monkey) is all a man needs in a world gone mad.

Yeah good points about the greaving - it was a silly thread to post. It's just that the Warrior Woman/Virginia Hey was in my 'wank bank' quite a lot over the years - many withdrawals were made

One things bugged the sh*t outta me for years tho,Whys her accent sound almost American or Canadian rather in the movie?it wasn't typical Aussie like 'Guday mate,kick me in tha knickers les hev u shreemp un tha baawby lets root a roo with a boomarang'you know like that.

I always found it interesting how Mad Max 2 seems to come from a traditional, conservative sort of angle. You've got this distinct, good and evil theme, all the way down to the good guys wearing white, and bad guys wearing black.

Sexuality seems to be mostly a bad guy thing in the movie: there are the constant S&M and homosexual references, rapes, and the tent lovers. But as far as the good guys, the Gyrocaptian seems like the only one interested in getting any action (Playboy pics on his gyroplane, talk of lingerie, flirting with Lusty Girl, and maybe the only good guy wearing a codpiece). He's also the one who speaks the only bad word in the movie.

All this goes to show that Mad Max 2 is really a wholesome family movie.

Max resisting Virginia Hey is a testiment to his psychological strength.

Either that or he was waiting for the oppotune moment to crack a "Not if you were the last person on the face of the planet" gag.
