On second look, Mold could be based on Cavalier Resin Kit???

(Has XC dash, Similar incorrect wheels , etc???)

Any other opinions??

It may not be movie correct...but it's better than nothing. Anyone hear anything about Biante's planned 1:18th?

not to be an arsehole, but theres already a perfect DIECAST INTERCEPTOR made few years ago. can't remember thwe company that made it, but theres a pic of it on the MAD MAX FAQ in the MODELS SECTION. Ya know its perfect, looks the part, accesories, and paint schemes, so how come these people still make these cheap knock offs? don't they know about the other one? If so why not make theirs better, more state of the art - better details?

yes,it is a copy of the the cavalier interceptor...but it is still a cool looking die cast car to have...it looks better than the DINKUM CLASSICS one as well....i will most certainly be getting this one...and why biante keeps stalling and making excuses about how they really cant do an interceptor...dinkum classics has one out and this new one coming out are perfect examples on why they should stop bullsh*ting and make one...

DINKUM's the one i was on about, i kinda like theirs, though they should decide whether to make it a PART 1 or PART 2 version. It's got the tanks etc., but its also still got the front spoiler.

The Dinkum is far from perfect. As a matter of fact, it's a real peice of you know what. When I received mine, disappointment would have been an understatement to discribe how I felt. It's actually a rendition of the original Interceptor in it's current form. A car that existed in neither movie but has features from both versions. I only purchased it as a collectable . Anything Interceptor...

The Dinkum is (as Scar pointed out) a really bad hunk of cr***. Especially for $299 aus.

Although regarding the two tanks/front spoiler I have plans to do an Aoshima like that as soon as I find a spoiler to fit..
