Merry Christmas, in case I don't get to see anyone anytime soon.

Been training 4AM to 10 PM 7 days a week. Haven't got much free time, obviously, and no internet access. Hell, we only have one rotary dial phone in our WWII era barracks. After we get assigned to a permanent base maybe things will improve. Rumor has it we might be sent to Louisiana for final train up before we go to Iraq.

Got the Falcon calendar up in the barracks and have drummed up interest in the cars and the movies. Miss all you people and hope to get back in the groove soon. Have a great holiday season and may you all get Dinki Di in your stockings...

Sgt. Mitch 2/100 MP (for now...)

P.S. Have I ever told you how much I love the Mk 19 Mod 3 40mm grenade machine gun?

http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001One of my few escapes from the bustle of life is interacting with the fine folks in our circle of friends. I've done some tallying and realize I've personally met more than 20 great people associated with Peter Barton's epiphanal manifestation. Peter works often and hard to make this communication conduit as success. We applaud you Peter the Great!.

I do wish each of you, my honored friends, great tidings of peace and joy this Christmas season.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE HERE... YOU RULE! Plain and simple. This board is one of my static points in a world where everything turns and changes (and the most of time, it gets really worse )

Let's hope the new year will bring us the best. I can almost "sense" it. Image
