Drivethiscrate, people in Thunderdome was getting more and more ambiguous. Probably, this is the greatest fault of the survivors. Even Max, who was supposed to be a stone cold killer, in the end revealed a little spark of humanity which compromised his role in the brand-new society.
I blame Aunty, of course. She could have saved the Raggedy Man... but, as we all know, by saving Blaster, Max showed to the violent, blood-thirsty Bartertown people WHAT it means "humanity". Look to the people during the Thunderdome fight. All they want is the new killing of the day. All they want is death. The Pox-Eclipse turned them into death-aholics.
Aunty couldn't deal with the revelation, the revelation of humanity, and banned our hero. She was definitely wrong. Max came back and fukked up her civilization.
I think the movie showed in the end everyone is potentially a villain or an hero. You just pick up one "mood" out of the two in every instant of your life. That's the truth!
At the end of BTD, a road leads away from the area of Bartertown. It could be already Fury Road. How I see the villains of FR? They must be beyond all conceptions. So threateningly that even lord Humungus & Co remained far from this road. Leprosy infected Cannibals! The worst trash you can imagine

Well, I just don't have expectations, because expectations brings to useless disappointment. I just expect some interesting villains, and above all Max's new life direction (which Miller predicted).
One thing is sure... no shortage of vehicles and desert, in the next, final, ultimate chapter.

Without a doubt the meanest villain is Wez. He would make the Toecutter cringe. Much more adept at close-range fighting. Able to leap tall Macks in a single bound. "Look, up in the rear-view - ITS A BIRD......ITS A TURD.....No ITS BLOODY WEZ, and he looks mighty pissed..." Toecutter would soil his jox, that little baldy-headed peanut with the feathers would just run away, or make faces and run away, or throw stones, or call him names while running away. He is a pussy.
