Ripper DLC availability

Hi. I want to buy this game and noticed that other than the base verison, there's also the Ripper version of the game which gets you one extra body for your car. But on the US Xbox store it says The Ripper edition is not available? What does that even mean? It's a digital code... The same goes for the Grizzlegrinda Hood Ornament: on the Xbox store it says it's not available.
