Awesome, I love Carmageddon :-) (well, also GTA, but I only have that for xbox 360)

well I am happy you like the news. I am so greatful for the chance to play the game itself and I am slowly learning the tools as I go along to make this mod multi game mod.

as to the rest I am currently working on the war rig from the movie (there is a war rig in the new game but it's slightly different to the movie and if i can extract it I may build it as an alternative. this is a scratch build so it'll take a while and for the time being I have little to show as far as renders. but I'll post what I have when I have it for you fine folks.

Cool :)

Back in the day I had a modded copy of Carmageddon 2 with every single car replaced with real life American and Aussie musclecars, which was fun!

I know I have updated in a long while and for that I am sorry. I am learning to remake these cars of mine to keep a promise for the new carmageddon game which isn't as easy for me as I had hoped but I am working on it.

I am ripping as many models as I can out of the mad max game and plan to convert them a long with all the other works I do. aside from buying the pc game with my own money I also recently bought this: http://garagemdigital.blogspot.com/2015 ... ustom.html it's not a 4 door but the point is it's still the same make as the pin desoto. it was 50 bucks which wasn't his original price for his work so we just ended up lucking out.

I plan to make this again as a stock model and will try to give it the correct RHD for you Aussie fans out there. then I'll be making the 4 door version with all the trimings of Pinky the pink desoto. I have production photos of the desoto so she'll be well remade for the first time ever. and all work will be ported over to Carmageddon to keep a promises to my fans on here.

not much to say or show working very slowly on a scratch built war rig as I try to learn carmageddon. back with renders and news when I have it.

right now I am locked out of my photobucket account so I can't share any progress. that said I've such considerable amount of money into 3d models to aid in my creation of mods for gta and carmageddon rencarnation. I have also bought the pc edition of mad max and am ripping the models from it as I play. what's interesting is one body is exactly what we'd need for nux's car. but one buggy upgrade has the style of side piples from said car. and that's not all. it's like the game designers took parts of fury road cars and scrabled them.

point is we can make a lot of fury road cars out of the models in that game. and that's the plan. so this mod will push further into that terrirtory of fury road. I also want to go back and redo the gyrocopter as the mad max musuem now has the gyrocopter for display and they restored it minus the porn of course. the restoration looks kinda meh cause they left the replaced parts odd colors and they replaced some of the engine parts too. but the rest is stock gyro so I got a better look at the parts from the copter and want to make mine the most accurate model of all.

gta san andreas branch of our developement is probably ending soon. I'll take my models to gta V and up their polycount so that they look beautiful ingame as they did on screen. but if I don't get much help in texturing these models then there won't be much to do with what I have. but I did buy and expensive "peacemaker" model. the main parts are correct but the charger body and bumpers aren't correct. and it's too high poly for my system. so like the war rig I'll have to tone down the polycount on the model when I remake it. but part of our model will use the valiant changer body from the mad max pc game as it's very correct to what we need.

work is a bit slow and I am sorry about that. I do have a gta sa mod of the silver interceptor coming very soon. (need to test it before I upload it but it is done). windows 10 update is coming for me and so I know windows 8 allows me to rip cars from mad max the game (which has fury road cars their parts are just swapped mostly so I can make good cars from the game). I am still studying the carmageddon modding it's taking a while for me to fully get it but I am working on on while I rip cars from mad max.

I'll update you all on the mod release. and if it's to my liking then it'll be the car I start for the conversion to rencarnation.

I've been away for sometime now. and sadly that won't change much. Family has lost work and come march I will likely be offline possibly for good.

I cut ties with the gta V community after they accused me of being lazy and using others works to further my own work which isn't true in the slightest and was such a spit in the face to me for all the years I've been working on this modding project. Maybe I might be able to get some works back into gta san andreas but gta V is dead to me as is that community. But it's not all dead. and let me make one thing clear. Any models I used were used with artists permission or were royalty free publically avialaible 3d models. most work is done by me by hand and that is why these mods can take months to do or even years. I never stolen anyones work and any work I did take on the artists were always credited. this mod may have had me all these years but my name isn't all over this mod because I don't matter in the grand scheme of things the team does and I have always given credit to those who helped me past or present. considering I've been at this since 2004 doing the mods everyone wants but no one wants to make I take insult that I am lazy in all this. Anyways...

I am working with a new team in the game "Spintires" and we successfully launched our first colaboration as the Lord Humongus truck. You can find it on the steam workshop. Forces and his crew worked very hard to make the model work including a player model that acctually moves his hands to steer. Forces has my finished F100 Red Snake Tow truck and the Armored Mack truck from MM2. I am packing up old finished models to be skinned and put into spintires in my absence so that work I did will live on through this game.

I am working feaverishly to finish up my mods as fast as I can. but there is only so much I can do in my disabled state or much of this would be done by now. I made and finished Elvis from FR. and we even made razor cola which is available for GTA SA right now. just go to gtainside.com and search for razor cola. it should come up fast. if you see T-808 then you know it's my mod...then again I have yet to see anyone else make this car. my current work is a split between the MM2 tanker trailer and the MM2 force ten charger.

beyond that I have no honest idea if anything else will get done. with me goes my archive of reference material as much of it is private and cannot be shared here. I am sorry for that but I could get into legal and ethical trouble if I shared it.

before I go I'll probably render off more shots of the current work and that will be the end post here for me till god knows when. maybe I'll see you all in the future or maybe I won't. it's in fates hands now and all I can do is watch the wheel as it spins towards my ultimate fate. fitting that life for me would become so ...thunderdome.

Anyways I hope you all are well. I wish I could show you more but be patient there is much to show you soon.

There is much more coming. I went back to some older models and rebuilt them completely from scratch because I learned more about show models vs Game ready models and so now I make things gameready meaning they look nice but also play nice on almost any system out there.
