I have a feeling they released that just to counter the CGI whiners , I thought some of those explosions were fake but no real people got toasty

Yup, Herbie Blank, Simon Quin, Genevieve Bevan-John of the pyro crew et al not to mention the effects rigging crew did a huge job. Amusing so many gamerz think it was CGi probably due to never having experienced the world outside their bedrooms.

In runs hot and cold for me. One the one side you have these incredible, history making stunts that will bring in a whole new age of blockbuster movie making. But then, as the B-Roll footage shows, you also have all this digital fakery intertwined and overlaid.

But then, when you reflect back, while you did have shots of the Road Warrior tanker tearing through the badlands with marauders hanging from it, it does cut back to Mel sat in a static cab while crew members rock it in front of a wind machine.

I know what you mean. The world moves on. I always wanted to see the more enviromental side of the Fallout which they can now paint on to the horizon etc that can only be a good thing.
