Re: Importing To The UK
http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/BuyingAndSellingAVehicle/ImportingAndExportingAVehicle/index.htm Found this- It looks like it varies based on the year of the vehicle, and how long you have owned it. 17.5% VAT and 10% Duty tax may make it a bit... Expensive. Though it seems if you can prove your...

Re: Eric Bana made a movie about his Ford Falcon "Love The B
It was Jeremy Clarkson's statements from that movie that really stuck in my head, about how a petrol head is someone that sees cars not as transportation, but as living things... I agree with him completely.

Re: Duplicolor colors for Yellow interceptor?
The gallery has spoken. She will be wearing the silver wide wheels to Wasteland Weekend- We will carry the rear set on her now as spares just in case. Oh, and we will blue and red lenses for the gumballs- as well as the yellow ones for driving. Since it's a "gray area" whether we can wear ...

Re: Duplicolor colors for Yellow interceptor?
I agree that the old set looked better. Problem was, they were too wide- 10" on the back, 8" on the front. On the road, the car would be squirrely as hell. Wider tires also mean more flotation- maybe good for sand, but in the wet northeast that is a bit of a liability when you hydroplane. ...

Re: Duplicolor colors for Yellow interceptor?
Done! Well, done except the badges, which are getting shipped as we speak. I know the lights aren't quite the right colors- we got a red lense after these pics were taken, so that'll be go for later shoots. As for what we can intercept? Ummm.... Coyotes? Donkeys? No idea. Though we are most likely f...

Re: Duplicolor colors for Yellow interceptor?
Thanks for the responses. The color is chrome yellow (not a metallic, just named as such. Blue is Ford Royal Blue, Red is Ford Cardinal Red. White is... White. Blue striping is done, as is the light bar (2 off-road lights on the outside, the 2 gumballs in the middle). The gumballs have swappable cov...

Duplicolor colors for Yellow interceptor?
I am building a non-canon yellow "Wasteland Pursuit" Baja Beetle for this year's Wasteland Weekend (and my own amusement.) My question is this- What colors are the stripes for a yellow MFP Interceptor? I know it's red, white and blue... But different pictures have them as very different sh...
